Who’s the Program For?
In today’s world, we are bombarded with more toxins than ever before. Some of those toxins are from the environment, like air pollution and pesticides, and some are within more of our control, such whether we are stressed and are engaged with negative thinking.
Each of us is different in our capacity to rid our body of these toxins. An accumulation of toxins and lack of nourishing inner support of mind, body, and spirit could be at the root of our symptoms.
Whole Detox is a 21-day program designed to provide a multi-faceted approach to health issues and toxic barriers. It can meet you where you are—you can personalize it to be gentle or more rigorous. It provides personalized options for wellness, from recipes to journaling to physical movement to mind-body practices such as affirmations, guided imagery, and meditation.

What you’ll need
Whole Detox can be done at any time, in the convenience of your own home and/or at your computer or mobile device. You’ll just need an internet connection and a copy of the Whole Detox book.
About the Author
Dr. Deanna Minich is an internationally-recognized teacher, author, clinical researcher, speaker, and artist. She has more than 20 years of diverse, well-rounded experience in the fields of nutrition and functional medicine. She authored six books on health and wellness and developed the Whole Detox program for people to heal their whole selves using the color-coded 7 Systems of Health. Dr. Minich’s passion is teaching a whole-self approach to nourishment and bridging the gaps between science, spirituality, and art in medicine.
