What this course is:

  • Intended for health professionals and highly-educated consumers interested in understanding the science of foods, eating, and supplements, according to various systems of health within the body
  • Focused on emerging, trending health findings and scientific research in the food, eating, and supplement fields
  • Provides general guidelines for therapeutic amounts, doses, as well as adverse levels of nutrients and contraindications

  2. To learn the relevant science of eating for the individual systems of health
  3. To learn the cutting-edge science of foods and nutrition for the individual systems of health
  4. To learn the science and general guidelines of use for dietary supplements for the individual systems of health
