So much information in this podcast. I learned new information about bile and coffee/bitterness. I like Hemp seed oil so it was good to know about it helping with clearing acne. Enjoyable podcast!

Exceptional interview with two of my favorites leaders in the food and nutrition movement, Dr. Deanna Minich, and Ann Louise Gittleman. I began doing Fat Flush eating in 2002 when Gittleman’s first Fat Flush book came out. I did it to lose weight, but suddenly people began telling me what beautiful skin I had! A side-effect I never imagined for someone with acne and bad skin my whole life! Thanks for sharing some great tips on liver, gall bladder, bile and other healthful ways to find balance in our bodies.

So great to hear from someone who is in favour of coffee enemas and colonic hydrotherapy. A really great podcast with someone so enthusiastic.

Your excellent color and bile info has reinforced some of my habits and enlightened me on others. I found coffee holding a different, interesting way to improve detox and bile. Zinc and its effect on progesterone or estrogen was surprising to me. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EDUCATION ON COLORS, BILE AND FATS !!!!
